Conference Venue

CSPS 2017 will be held in Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel (hereafter referred to as “Conference hotel”), the address is No. 63, Xiangfu Road, Xiangfang district, Harbin.

We are glad to announce that the CSPS Committee has made a contract with Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel; the discounted accommodation charge for each room is about 550 RMB (including tax, and 2 breakfasts). Besides, the attendees also may choose any hotel nearby, such as Hanting Xilong Market Hotels, its address is No. 112, Xiangfu Road, Xiangfang district, Harbin, and its distance from the Conference Hotel is about 900 meters.

From the Harbin Taiping International Airport to the Conference Hotel, the attendees may choose one from the following transportation methods:

(1) taking a taxi from the airport directly to the Conference hotel;

(2) taking the airport bus route 1 from the airport to the Civil Aviation Hotel, then taking a taxi to the Conference Hotel,

(3) CSPS Committee will arrange special buses to pick/send attendees from/to the airport, and the detail information is given below.

On July 13th, departure time at the airport：①12:30；②16:00；③20:00；

On July 17th, departure time at the conference hotel：④08:30；⑤13:00.

CSPS 2017会议将全程在哈尔滨香坊永泰喜来登酒店（后面简称“会议酒店”）举办，酒店地址为哈尔滨香坊区香福路63号。

我们非常高兴地通知您，会务组与哈尔滨香坊永泰喜来登酒店签订了合作协议，我们可以为您提供折扣协议价和酒店预订服务，协议价约为550元人民币（已含税，并包含2份自助早餐）。另外，参会作者也可以自行选择周边酒店，比如汉庭酒店（哈尔滨禧龙大市场店），地址为哈尔滨香坊区香福路112号，该酒店距离会议酒店约900米。

从哈尔滨太平国际机场到达会议酒店可以选择以下几种交通方式之一：

（1） 直接搭乘出租车前往；

（2） 搭乘机场巴士1号线，在民航大厦站下车，再搭乘出租车前往；

（3） 会务组将安排专门巴士提供机场和会议酒店之间的接机和送机服务，具体时间安排如下：

7月13日接机大巴发车时间：①12:30；②16:00；③20:00；

7月17日送机大巴发车时间：④08:30；⑤13:00.
